These fields drive court routing, packet generation, RecordWatch duplicate matching, and dashboard status.

The case state is where the case was filed.

3. Charges

Add one card for each charge tied to this case.

4. Outcome / Disposition

Use the final disposition and dates from the court docket or certified disposition.

When the court entered the conviction, dismissal, or final outcome.
When probation, jail, fines, or other sentence requirements were fully completed. Eligibility is usually calculated from this date.

5. Sentencing / Completion

Completion details improve both packet screening and RecordWatch requirements tracking.

Optional Arrest / Booking Details

Most users can skip this section. RecordPathAI uses your court, case, charge, and completion details to estimate eligibility and generate your packet. Arrest and booking details are optional tracking information.

When the arrest or booking occurred for agency tracking. This is separate from each charge's offense / incident date.
Optional agency tracking only; eligibility is not calculated from arrest details.
