No attorney-client relationship is created through use of this platform.

## 3. User Responsibility

You agree that:

* All information you provide is accurate and complete
* You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents before filing
* You are responsible for filing documents with the appropriate court

## 4. Payments

* All purchases are one-time payments
* Payment is required to unlock and download completed document packets
* Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)

## 5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds may be issued only in cases of:

* Duplicate charges
* Technical errors preventing access to the purchased product

## 6. No Guarantee of Outcome

RecordPathAI does not guarantee:

* Eligibility for record sealing or expungement
* Acceptance of documents by any court
* Any legal outcome
